Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will drive digital marketing across web , intranet, social and CRM for the Doherty Institute. You will shape content and campaigns that connect diverse audiences with leading infection and immunity research. What you will deliver: Optimise Doherty Institute website, intranet, social media and EDM channels to enhance user experience and engagement. Coordinate, create and publish targeted digital content in partnership with communications colleagues and subject matter experts. Build and nurture audiences across platforms, using analytics to report performance and identify improvement opportunities. Advise internal stakeholders on digital best practice, brand integrity and effective use of web and intranet. Support key projects including institute photoshoot, brand asset library and intranet redevelopment You may be a great fit if you : Hold a relevant marketing or communications degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate hands-on experience managing websites, intranets, social media, EDMs and CRM platforms. Use digital analytics to optimise content and campaigns for diverse audiences and objectives . Create engaging, targeted digital communications with strong writing and editing skills. Build and manage relationships confidently across large, complex stakeholder groups while maintaining confidentiality. Your new team – Doherty Institute You will join a small, collaborative Marketing and Communications team within the Doherty Institute. The Institute is a world-leading joint venture of the University of Melbourne and The Royal Melbourne Hospital tackling infectious diseases. Working closely with scientists, clinicians and professional staff, you will translate complex research into engaging digital stories.
