Kiosk mode International Stakeholder Coordinator International Stakeholder Coordinator 563118 Canberra / ACT, ACT, Australia, 2601 Continuing Closing at: Aug 18 2026 - 23:55 AEST Add to favourites View favourites Position Description Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration) Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full-time, Continuing The Position The International Stakeholder Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the University's international student recruitment objectives by coordinating education agent partnerships and ensuring best practice in contract administration, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Working under the direction of the Deputy Manager, International Stakeholder Engagement, this role is responsible for developing and administering education agent agreements, monitoring agent performance and compliance, delivering data-driven reporting and providing specialist advice on contractual and policy matters. The Coordinator works collaboratively with stakeholders across the University to strengthen recruitment partnerships, support compliance with the ESOS Framework and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices that underpin the University's international student recruitment strategy. The Person We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional with experience in contract administration, compliance or stakeholder management within a complex organisation. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, provide sound advice on contractual and policy matters, and navigate complex issues with professionalism and sound judgement. They bring strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using reporting systems such as Power BI to interpret data, identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making. Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, this individual thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative to improve processes, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that support international student recruitment and regulatory compliance. The School/Department Future Students (International) sits within the International and Future Students Division within the University's Education Portfolio and is responsible for supporting the University's international student recruitment strategy through global recruitment partnerships, stakeholder engagement and education agent governance. The team works with education agents, schools, institutions, sponsor organisations and other strategic partners to promote ANU globally, strengthen student recruitment outcomes and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
