The role | Te mahi Kaiāwhina Whare/Sub wardens assist with the provision of pastoral and administration duties to support the operation of the University’s residential Colleges. They enhance the environment to maximise the safety, well-being, academic success and personal growth of the Residents. It is a requirement of the role that candidates are enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Otago. This role requires “living-in” at the College, a “live-out” role may be considered as a final recourse.
